US Magazine August 28, 2000 shows Peter Paul's Japanese partner Tendo Oto, with his interpreter VP Johnathan Rodgers, sitting behind the Clintons at the Gala Concert Fundraiser for Hillary Clinton (Event 39) paid for and produced by Paul. Oto was prohibited from attending and/or contributing to a federal fundraising event and he was unable to be vetted by the Secret Service because he had no Social Security number. He was "smuggled" in by Clinton agents Rosen, Levin with the approval of the Clintons because of his business relationship with Paul and through him the Clintons.

James Levin was detailed by President Clinton on July 5, 2000, to be his liason, and "eyes and ears" in vetting and being an intermediary and business agent for Clinton with Peter Paul.

Levin confirmed this in his testimony in the trial of Hillary finance director David Rosen in May, 2005.

Levin befriended Paul's japanese business partner and investor Tendo Oto at the direction of President Clinton, under the pretext of vetting Paul's business, and the Clintons enabled levin to use the last White House State Dinner and Oval Office photos to seduce Oto into reneging on Peter Paul's business deal for Oto's company in the US, so that Oto would partner with Levin and the Clintons depriving Paul's public company of a second tranche of $5 million in investments promised in November, 2000

This memo confirms that Peter Paul's japanese business partner's intention was to establish two joint ventures with Stan Lee media. The first was an Asian partnership to distriubute Stan Lee Media content in Asia. This was announced on August 20, after tendo Oto invested $5 million in Stan Lee Media on August 15, 2000. The second joint venture referred to in this memo was for a US subsidiary of Venture Soft in partnership with Stan Lee Media which would promote and distribute Venture Soft's anime and manga productions in the US.
In November, 2000, just days after Hillary's November 7, 2000 election to the Senate, the Clinton's admitted agent Jim Levin incorporated Venture Soft USA in Illinois November 13, 2000, secretly. Because of Levin's lack of any business experience ( beyond selling fences for his parents' fence company and owning the Doll House strip club) it is clear he was selling his relationship with the Clintons and their "silent partnership" to Oto.

This document confirms the incorporation of Venture Soft USA by Clinton intimate Jim Levin in November, 2000. It was discovered by Paul in legal files he obtained in March, 2005. . This confirms that Jim Levin, who President Clinton designated as his liaison and "eyes and ears" to deal with Peter Paul on Clinton's behalf, secretly arranged for Clinton to become a business partner with Paul's Japanese partner, Tendo Oto, introduced to Clinton and Levin by Paul in August, 2000.

After Paul arranged for President Clinton to override Secret Service and FEC prohibitions for Oto to attend the Hollywood Gala fundraiser for Hillary, and to waive contribution requirements for Oto to accompany Paul to attend a reception at Barbara Streisand's, reserved for million dollar contributors to Clinton's library. Paul then arranged an invitation for Oto to attend Clinton's last State Dinner at the White House in September, 2000. Oto was escorted by Levin to the State Dinner for India and was seated at the table next to the President. He was given a midnight private tour of the Oval Office where Oto was allowed to sit behind the President's desk for a photo opportunity to benefit Oto's IPO offering in Japan. In October, Levin secretly traveled to Japan, after Paul objected to Levin's violating his non-circumvention agreement with Paul, and delivered photos of Oto with the President. Oto paid Levin $100,000 and secretly agreed to partner with Levin and Clinton and abandon his partnership with Paul and Stan Lee Media so that he could get the President's help with his stock promotion in Japan.

Oto then reneged on his commitment to invest another $5 million in Paul's company in November, and authorized Levin to incorporate his US subsidiary, Venture Soft USA, with Levin as managing director.

This document, along with Levin's testimony at the trial of Hillary finance director David Rosen, corroborates Paul's civil suit claims against Clinton, Levin and Hillary for conspiring to defraud him by interfering with his business partner and seducing him to abandon supporting Paul's company with needed cash, resulting in the crash of Paul's company in December, 2000.

These facts confirm the fraudulent intent of Hillary's campaign to hide the true costs of her largest fundraising event from the voters and the FEC.

On December 13, 2005, Hillary's campaign treasurer Andrew Grossman, formally admitted in a settlement with the FEC that he had violated the Federal Election Law by hiding more than $720,000 of Paul's contributions in the three false FEC reports he signed and filed! This raises the question of Grossman's false testimony in the Rosen trial and his obstruction of the FBI investigation that led to Rosen's indictment and trial!

This is an example of one of the checks Peter Paul used to pay for the Gala concert hard money fund raising component of the Gala Tribute. It was deposited in a special account opened by Black Ink shown above. It is signed by Paul from an account of one of his personal holding companies. It refers to "For Stan Lee's Hosting", clearly not paid by Stan Lee Media as reported by Hillary's campaign.

Hillary saw this check, and others like it, in early July, 2001, when it was hand delivered to her Senate chambers with Paul's demand letter to report his contributions to the FEC on July 16, 2001, it was also attached to Paul's civil complaint against her as a defendant, filed June 18, 2001 and it was attached to an FEC complaint against her filed on July 16, 2001 and hand delivered to her senate offices that day. Nonetheless, she ignored it, and the other checks and invoices attached when she aided and abetted a third false FEC report to be filed by her Senate campaign Treasurer, Andrew Grossman, on July 30, 2001.

Hillary Clinton's campaign knew how to comply with Federal Election Regulations as shown by Hillary's report of professional services, valued at $2000 for each photograph taken by her friend and celebrity photographer Annie Liebovitz, of each $25,000 contributor to Hillary's campaign.

As required by FEC regulations, when professional services are contributed to help a federal candidate raise funds, those services must be reported as an "in kind" contribution by the service provider or producer, based on the fair market value of those services. However, when it came to the fair market value of the professional services that Peter Paul had eight international singing stars contribute to help Hillary raise hard dollar contributions through the Gala concert, no similar report was made!

Hillary witnessed the services being provided by Cher, Diana Ross, Patti La Belle, Tony Braxton, Melissa Ethridge, Michael Bolton, Sugar Ray and Paul Anka, and yet she did not have ANY of their service contributions reported as she did with Annie Liebovitz. This amounted to an additional $1 million in in kind contributions being hidden by Hillary's campaign.
